The Lee Montessori Difference

  • Health,Dental & Vision: 85% coverage of employee, 70% coverage of spouse & dependent premiums

    Family Planning Reimbursement ($1,500 per year):Assists employees with certain costs associated with family planning but not covered by health insurance. For example cost incurred associated with adoption, fostering, surrogacy, fertility treatments, transportation to family planning visits, sterilization procedures

    Wellness Reimbursement ($250 per year):Reimbursement towards employee physical wellness (gym memberships, fitness equipment, fitness classes, adult sports; excludes apparel).

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 12 days of paid leave for school-year employees; 20 days of paid leave for year-round employees

    Paid Parental Leave: 8 weeks of paid leave for the birth of a child, placement of a child with an employee in connection with adoption or foster care, or placement of a child where an employee legally assumes parental responsibility

  • PD Fund: Every employee can use access funds annually to support professional development.

    Lifelong Learner Fellowship: Exceptional candidates are able to apply to receive funding to complete the Montessori training while employed at Lee with an employment commitment
