Lifelong Learner Fellowship: Exceptional candidates are able to apply to receive funding to complete the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) training while employed at Lee.

In 2023-2024, we are planning additional 10% bonuses for our teachers. Before SY 2024-2025, we will update our salary scales for teachers, assistants, and other staff.
